Cancelation or Request Alteration
The change of conditions and cancellation of the service are subject to the status of therequest in question. Before the provision of the service starts, it is always possible to cancel or to change its conditions. After that, the proposed changes must be validated by LUGGit team. We will always be available to suppress any exceptional needs you may have, and make sure you have your luggage where and when you need it. LUGGit provides a service that collect your luggage where and when you want, store it for as long as you need, and deliver it back at a location and time of your choice. The service is available in the cities of Lisbon, Porto (Portugal) and Vienna (Austria). The payment of the service is made through a debit/credit card number, directly on the website or on the mobile app. You will receive the respective invoice upon completion of the service at the email address you provide us. If for any reason you can not pay for the service with a debit/credit card, please reach LUGGit team for support.
Luggage Security and Insurance
The safety and good care of your luggage is our main concern. To guarantee it, upon collection, the Keeper will seal each bag with a buckle that contains a unique QR code. Keeper will then scan these QR codes with the Keeper' App, ensuring that it is possible for you to track the luggage throughout the entire service and make sure it was not opened at the end. Request on Mobile App
The Mobile app allows you to request a Keeper to collect your luggage right away. You should use the app when you are ready to get rid of your luggage. After requesting the service, you will be paired with one of our Keepers who will immediately come to meet you and collect your luggage (we have a response time of around 30 minutes).
