Booking Options and Procedure
You can book our service in advance, or request at the time you want your luggage to be picked up.
If you book the service in advance, we will comply with the date and time selected for the pick-up and delivery of your luggage, where we will plan to have a Keeper ready for the pick-up at the location and time you selected.
If you just request the service at the pick up time, it may take us about 30 minutes to get to you, depending on our availability at the moment.
To have a more comfortable experience, we recommend booking the service in advance.
