Cancelation Policy

The cancellation can be done directly on the Mobile App or by contacting our support team via the Website/App live chat.

Note that:

The cancellation of a booked request is allowed up to the day before the service, free of any charge;
The cancellation on the same day has a penalty of 7.50€, and if the cancellation happens with less than 30min for the pick up time scheduled it has a penalty of 10.00€;
The failure to show up for the service, without any prior notice, will lead to the total loss of its value - we will consider that the customer will not show 30 minutes after the scheduled time.
