When the Keeper picks up your luggage, each of your bags is sealed with a buckle that contains a QR code. These buckles uniquely identify your bags and ensure their zips are untampered. Through this identification, you will always have access to your luggage details and the responsible Keeper’s information (name, vehicle, contact). We accept luggage of almost all shapes and sizes. The pieces can be small (cabin bags), large (hold bags) or out of format (any volume not categorized as a small or large bag, like sports equipment; musical instruments; and others). When requesting the service, you can select up to 24 volumes of luggage. We can store your luggage for as long as you need, from a few hours up to two months. When requesting the service, you just need to choose the date and hour for the pick-up and delivery, and we store the luggage in the between. Your luggage will be picked up by one of our Keepers, duly sealed and identified, before being stored in one of the storage facilities in the city, to then be delivered back to you.
