Service Compliance and Luggage Protocols
Content and Packaging Responsibility
While the platform manages the professional transport and storage of all luggage, the internal contents remain the sole responsibility of the owner. To ensure a professional and efficient pickup, all luggage must be properly packed and secured prior to the scheduled arrival of the Keeper. The successful execution of a booking is contingent upon the accuracy of the details provided during the submission process, and the right is reserved to refuse any items that pose a safety risk, appear inadequately packaged, or deviate significantly from the criteria described in the booking.
Prohibited Items and Safety Compliance
In compliance with international safety regulations—including the standards established by the ICAO, IATA, and the ADR—the transport or storage of dangerous goods, hazardous materials, or illicit substances is strictly forbidden. This policy also excludes high-value or fragile items such as jewelry, precious metals, cash, banking documents, works of art, and perishables. Furthermore, the service does not accept medications, weapons, or living beings, as these items compromise operational integrity and safety. Any items that violate these established protocols or fail to comply will be excluded from the booking.
