Booking Monitoring & Management
Once initiated, the Services dashboard in the main sidebar menu serves as the centralized dashboard for monitoring both active and historical operations. The tracking table summarizes each entry by its unique Short ID, its current Status (including various operational stages such as PRE-BOOKED, WAITING, or FINISHED), and the scheduled Pickup and Delivery Dates. It also displays the Booking Creator, the total Bag count, and the Total €, which reflects either the initial base valuation or the final reconciled amount for completed bookings.
Detailed Booking Overview
Selecting a specific record from the tracking of bookings opens a detailed overview of the operation, providing full visibility of the Pickup and Delivery coordinates, the total Luggage Count, and the Contact Details for on-site coordination. This view also includes a complete Financial Breakdown of the subtotal and VAT, alongside the real-time Operational Status. This status updates automatically to reflect the current stage of the service as it progresses. Booking Adjustments and Support
The platform enables modifications to bookings in "Pre-booked" or active status. Within the request details, selecting Request a Change or Request a Cancellation opens the integrated platform chat, where the support team manually processes the request to ensure accuracy and provide real-time confirmation.
The LUGGit support team is available via the website live chat, the Business Platform chat, or the dedicated WhatsApp line. The support team provides assistance daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, local time, in all operational cities, to ensure all updates are managed without compromising operational integrity.
