Business Account: Registration, Activation, and Recovery
Business Account Registration
To activate a business account, specific details regarding the entity must be provided. This information is essential for administrative accuracy and service compliance:
- Entity Name
- Entity Email
- Entity Address (country; city; street; postal code)
- Tax ID / VAT number
- Contact Person (name; email; phone number [w/ indicative])
Account Activation
Upon the submission of the required entity information, an automated email is dispatched to facilitate the creation of a password for the new account. The account becomes active immediately upon the completion of the password setup. Should the activation link expire, a new request must be initiated by replying to the original email thread.
Password Recovery
In the event of a lost or forgotten password, a new one may be requested through the platform's login interface.
Requesting a Reset
A password reset is initiated by selecting the "Forgot Password" option and providing the registered email address associated with the account.
Completion of Reset
Following the request, an email is dispatched containing a "Reset Password" link. Selecting this link directs the user to a secure interface for the establishment of a new password. Once the new credentials are saved, access to the Business Platform is restored immediately.
