Cancelation Policy Cancellation of the service is allowed until the pick-up time scheduled. The cancellation is free until the 24 hours before. On the same day has a penalty of 7.50€. With less than 1 hour for the pickup time scheduled, a penalty of 10.00€. The failure to show up for the service, without any prior notice, will lead to the total loss of its value. We accept luggage of nearly all shapes and sizes, categorized into 3 types: Small- small backpacks or cabin bags Large- checked luggage or hold bags Out-of-format- items that don't fit the small or large categories, such as sports equipment or musical instruments When requesting the service, you need to specify the number and type of luggage you have. Storage At pickup, the Keeper will secure each of your bags with a buckle featuring an unique QR code. These numbered buckles will identify your bags and ensure the zippers remain tamper-proof. Throughout the service, you'll have access to your luggage identification numbers and full details of the Keeper handling your bags (name, vehicle, and contact information).
