Service Explanation
LUGGit offers a service that collects your luggage wherever and whenever you want, stores it for as long as you need and deliver it back to a place and time of your choice, inside the same city.
The service is provided by Keepers (drivers), who will meet you under the specified conditions.
You will receive the Keeper's information: name, vehicle contact and meeting point directions before the service provision.
Throughout the entire service, you’ll have access to live chat support for any questions or updates. You can also view your luggage IDs and all details of your request at any time.
You can check the service conditions and price by filling out the request form in our Website or Mobile App available on Android and iOS.
Booking Options
You can book our service in advance, or request a real time pick-up when you are ready for your luggage to be collected.
Advance Bookings
When you book in advance, we ensure your luggage is picked up and delivered at your chosen date and time. A Keeper will be ready at your specified location, precisely when you scheduled.
Real-Time Requests
For immediate pick-ups, we aim to collect your luggage as quickly as possible, with an average wait time of 30 minutes. Please note, real-time requests are available only through our mobile application.
To have a more comfortable experience, we recommend booking the service in advance as availability is limited: the earlier you book, the higher the time possibilities.
Note:
If you are arriving by plane, please review the following guidelines:
EU Citizens: Please schedule your pick-up for 30–40 minutes after your flight's estimated arrival time.
Non-EU Citizens: Please schedule your pick-up for 70–80 minutes after your flight's estimated arrival time. "
