Storage Security and Transportation Policy
Storage Security
At the time of pickup, the Keeper will seal each bag with a unique QR code buckle. These numbered buckles identify the bags and ensure the zippers remain closed.
During the service, the identification numbers used on the luggage and the full details of the responsible Keeper (name, vehicle, contact) are available in the App (Android, iOS).
Additionally, there is a chat feature available to clarify any doubts with the LUGGit support team at any time.
The safety of your luggage is our top priority. Between pickup and delivery, your bags will be stored in a warehouse equipped with all necessary security measures, accessible only to authorized LUGGit Keepers.
Storage duration is completely flexible—from a few hours up to 6 months.
If the service doesn't meet these specifications, it will not be possible to book it through the app. In this case, you can check availability and get a quote by emailing support@luggit.app with the following details:
- Pickup location
- Pickup date and time
- Delivery location
- Delivery date and time
- Number and type of bags
- Personal details (name; email; phone number)
