Alteration Policy

Booking conditions may be updated at any time, subject to validation by the LUGGit support team based on current operational availability. These changes may include:


  • Pickup location
  • Delivery location
  • Pickup date and time
  • Delivery date and time
  • Number and type of bags
  • Service Plan

Alteration Fees


An alteration fee may apply depending on the selected Service Plan and the timing of the booking:

  • Basic Plan: Any change requested within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time will incur a €5.00 fee.
  • Flexible Plan: Changes requested up to 1 hour before the booking time are free of charge and changes requested less than 1 hour before the booking time will incur in a €5.00 fee.


Note: Depending on the specific details changed (such as adding bags or increasing distance), additional charges may apply regardless of the selected Service Plan.


These charges will be automatically applied to the payment method used for the original booking, or via a payment link shared directly with the customer, always after confirming the amount to be paid.


To request a change to a service, the customer should contact the LUGGit support team via WhatsApp, the chat on the Website or App (Android, iOS).
