Service Request

You can book the service through our website or app (Android, iOS).

To place a request, simply fill out the booking form with your desired conditions:

• Pickup location
• Pickup date and time
• Delivery location
• Delivery date and time
• Number and type of bags

After you enter this information, the service price will be shown and you can confirm it by making the payment.

Once your LUGGit service booking is validated, you'll receive a confirmation email and a WhatsApp message with all the details. If you don't receive a confirmation within one hour of placing your request, please contact our support team via the live chat on the website or App(Android, iOS), or through WhatsApp.
