Service Request and Tracking

You can request the service on the Website or Mobile App ( Android, iOS).

To do it, just fill in the conditions you want in the Booking form:

Pick-up and delivery location.
Date and time for pick-up and delivery.
Number and type of bags you have.

After filling in this information, the price will be revealed.

You have to confirm the request with the payment.

After booking the LUGGit service, you will receive a confirmation email and whatsapp message with all the details.

In the mobile app, you can view the complete service provision. Shortly before your luggage pick-up, the app will display your Keeper's information—name, vehicle, and contact details — and allow you to track their real-time location.

You will also receive a Whatsapp message with the service updates and details.

The Keeper will call you upon arrival to be easier to meet you. At that moment you will also arrange the meeting for the delivery time.

Our Keepers wear an orange vest, for you to identify them easily. In addition, our Website chat and Mobile App ( Android, iOS), have a live chat that is always available. during the service to talk to our support team.
