Service Explanation

LUGGit collects your luggage wherever and whenever you want, stores it securely, and delivers it back to a location and time of your choice. The service is carried out by our Keepers (drivers), who will always meet you at the scheduled times and locations.

Before your Service Begins


Before your service begins, typically 30 minutes before the scheduled time, you will receive your Keeper’s details (name, vehicle, and contact) and meeting point instructions via WhatsApp and the App (AndroidiOS). You can track the Keeper's location in real-time, which shows you their estimated arrival time and the exact meeting point.

At Pickup


At the time of pickup, you’ll recognize your Keeper by their orange LUGGit vest. They will call you via an encrypted line to coordinate the hand-off.


We recommend waiting outside the specified location, so the Keeper can stop briefly on the street while keeping the van supervised.


To ensure security, the Keeper will seal each bag with a unique QR code tag that identifies your luggage and ensures zippers remain closed throughout the service.

Storage and Delivery


During storage, your bags are kept in a secure warehouse accessible only to authorized personnel. You can check your luggage tag IDs anytime in the App (Android, iOS).

Once again, as your delivery window begins, real-time tracking will be available in the App.


Please remember to check your luggage for any issues before the Keeper marks the service as finished.
