Service Explanation
Service Overview
LUGGit collects luggage at the customer's preferred time and location, provides secure storage, and delivers it back according to the selected schedule. The service is carried out by Keepers, who meet the customer at the designated times and locations.
Before your Service Begins
Approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled time, the customer receives the Keeper’s details (name, vehicle, and contact) and meeting point instructions via WhatsApp and the LUGGit App (Android, iOS). Real-time tracking is available in the app, showing the estimated arrival time and the exact meeting point.
At Pickup
The Keeper is easily identifiable by a LUGGit orange vest. Upon arrival, the Keeper will contact the customer via an encrypted line to coordinate the hand-off.
It is highly recommended to wait outside the specified location; this allows the Keeper to make a brief curbside stop while maintaining constant supervision of the vehicle. To ensure security, each bag is sealed with a unique QR code tag that identifies the luggage and ensures zippers remain closed throughout the service.
Storage and Delivery
During storage, bags are kept in a secure warehouse accessible only to authorized personnel. The customer can verify the luggage tag IDs at any time through the app.
As the delivery window begins, real-time tracking becomes available again in the app. The customer should verify the integrity of the bags before the Keeper marks the service as completed.
How to Book
To book the service, the customer should complete the booking form on the LUGGit Website or App (Android, iOS) to check real-time pricing and availability.
