Luggage Classification

LUGGit accepts almost all shapes and sizes of luggage, which are divided into 3 categories:

Small luggage: small backpacks or carry-on bags.

Large luggage: checked luggage.

Non-standard luggage: items that do not fit into the small or large categories, such as sports equipment, musical instruments, or others.

When booking the service, you'll need to specify the quantity and type of luggage you have. One service can include up to 24 total volumes of luggage.

Small luggage: Maximum weight of 10 kg and dimensions of 55 x 40 x 20 cm = counts as 1 volume.

Large luggage: Maximum weight of 35 kg and dimensions of 85 x 55 x 35 cm = counts as 2 volumes.

Non-standard items: Maximum weight of 35 kg and dimensions of 200 x 100 x 60 cm = counts as 4 volumes.

If the service doesn't meet these specifications, you won't be able to book the service independently. To check availability and get a quote, you can email support@luggit.app with the following information:

• Pickup location
• Pickup date and time
• Delivery location
• Delivery date and time
• Number and type of bags
• Personal details (name; email; phone number)
