Luggage Classification
LUGGit accepts almost all shapes and sizes of luggage, which are divided into 3 categories:
- Small luggage: small backpacks or carry-on bags
- Large luggage: checked luggage
- Out-of-format luggage: items that do not fit into the small or large categories, such as sports equipment, musical instruments, or others
When booking the service, the customer must specify the quantity and type of luggage. A single booking can include up to 24 total volumes of luggage, calculated as follows:

In cases where these specifications are not met, independent booking is not possible. The customer should contact support@luggit.app to check availability and request a quote by providing the following details:
- Pick-up location, date and time
- Delivery location, date and time
- Number and size of bags
- Service plan
- Personal details (name, email, phone number)
