To request the service, simply fill in the existing form on the Website or access our App (Android, iOS).

After requesting the LUGGit service, you should access our App (Android, iOS), where you can follow the full provision it.
A few minutes before your luggage pick-up, you will have access to all Keeper's information (name, vehicle, contact) and visualise his/her location in real-time on the App.
The Keeper will call you when he/she arrives at the luggage pick-up location so that you can meet each other easily.
Via App, you can also communicate with our support team for any need that arises.
