Service Request and Tracking

To request the service, simply follow the existing form** on the Website or Mobile App (Android, iOS).

After filling in the conditions you want (pick-up and delivery location; date and time for pick-up and delivery; and number and type of bags you have), you will be able to see the price and confirm the request with the payment.

After requesting the LUGGit service, you should access our App, where you can follow the full provision of it.

A few minutes before your luggage pick-up time, you will have access to all Keeper's information (name, vehicle, contact) and visualize the Keeper’s movement in real-time.
In addition to this information being accessible on the App, we will also send you a message via WhatsApp with all the details.

The Keeper will call you upon arrival to the pick-up location so that you can find each other. At that moment you will also arrange the meeting for the delivery time.
Our Keepers wear an orange vest, for you to identify them easily.

In addition, our App has a live chat that is always available during the service to talk to our support team.
