How to Place a Booking


The service can be booked through the Website or the App (Android, iOS). To place a request, the customer must fill out the booking form with the following details:


  • Pickup location
  • Pickup date and time
  • Delivery location
  • Delivery date and time
  • Number and type of bags


After entering this information, the service price will be displayed. The booking is confirmed once the payment is successfully processed.


Booking Confirmation


Once the booking is validated, the customer will receive:


  1. A confirmation email.
  2. A WhatsApp message containing all service details.


If a confirmation is not received within one hour of placing the request, please contact the LUGGit support team via the live chat on the Website/App(Android, iOS) or through WhatsApp for assistance.

Booking Options


LUGGit offers the flexibility to book services in advance or request an immediate pickup, depending on the customer's needs and current availability.


  • Schedule in advance: When you book in advance, we guarantee your luggage will be collected and delivered on the date and time you choose. A Keeper will be available at the specified location at the scheduled time.
  • Request an immediate pickup: For real-time requests, the average waiting time is approximately 30 minutes, depending on availability. Please note that immediate bookings are only available through the App (Android, iOS).


For a more convenient experience and greater flexibility, it is highly recommended to book the service in advance, as real-time availability is limited.
