**The **value **takes into account 3 factors: **pick-up and delivery location, storage time and number/size of bags. **

You can check the price directly on our Website or Mobile App ( Android, iOS), before any payment, by filling the booking form with the conditions you want:

Pick-up and delivery location
Date and time for pick-up and delivery
Number and type of bags you have

The payment must always be made digitally directly on the Website or Mobile App ( Android, iOS),. We don't accept physical money.

On both platforms, payment can be made with any **debit or credit card, a PayPal account, and ApplePay. GooglePay **is only available on our Website.

You will receive the respective invoice after the completion of the service, via email.

Cancelation, Alteration & Delays Policy

Cancelation Policy

Cancellation of the service is allowed until the pick-up time scheduled.

The cancellation is free until the 24 hours before.
On the same day has a penalty of 7.50€.
With less than 1 hour for the pickup time scheduled, a penalty of 10.00€.

The failure to show up for the service, without any prior notice, will lead to the total loss of its value.

As an alternative to the cancellation of the service, you can update the service conditions with us.

Alteration Policy

You can make changes to your booking details both after booking and during the service. This includes updates to the date, time, location, or number of bags.

All changes are subject to validation by our support team based on daily operational availability. Certain changes may affect the service value, depending on the adjustments made. On this cases we will charge an extra fee for the updates.

LUGGit offers a service that collects your luggage wherever and whenever you want, stores it for as long as you need and deliver it back to a place and time of your choice, inside the same city.

The service is provided by Keepers (drivers), who will meet you under the specified conditions.

You will receive the Keeper's information: name, vehicle contact and meeting point directions before the service provision.

Throughout the entire service, you'll have access to live chat **support for any questions or updates **on Whatsapp , on our Website chat or on our Mobile App ( Android, iOS). You can also view your luggage IDs and all details of your request at any time.

Luggage Classification

We accept luggage of nearly all shapes and sizes, categorized into 3 types:

Small- small backpacks or cabin bags
**Large- **checked luggage or hold bags

* Out-of-format- items that don't fit the small or large categories, such as sports equipment or musical instruments

When requesting the service, you need to specify the number and type of luggage you have. We accept up to 24 volumes of luggage in total.

Luggage Categories:

Small bag: Max weight of 10 kg and dimensions of 55 x 40 x 20 cm = counts as 1 volume
Large bag: Max weight of 35 kg and dimensions of 85 x 55 x 35 cm = counts as 2 volumes ****
Out-of-format: Max weight of 35 kg and dimensions of 200 x 100 x 60 cm = counts as 4 volumes

Service Request and Tracking

You can request the service on the Website or Mobile App ( Android, iOS).

To do it, just fill in the conditions you want in the Booking form:

Pick-up and delivery location.
Date and time for pick-up and delivery.
Number and type of bags you have.

After filling in this information, the price will be revealed.

You have to confirm the request with the payment.

After booking the LUGGit service, you will receive a confirmation email and whatsapp message with all the details.

In the mobile app, you can view the complete service provision. Shortly before your luggage pick-up, the app will display your Keeper's information—name, vehicle, and contact details — and allow you to track their real-time location.

You will also receive a Whatsapp message with the service updates and details.

The Keeper will call you upon arrival to be easier to meet you. At that moment you will also arrange the meeting for the delivery time.

Our Keepers wear an orange vest, for you to identify them easily. In addition, our Website chat and Mobile App ( Android, iOS), have a live chat that is always available. during the service to talk to our support team.
