LUGGit offers a service that collects your luggage wherever and whenever you want, stores it for as long as you need and deliver it back to a place and time of your choice. Q: Service Request and Tracking

To request the service, simply follow the existing form** on the <a href="http://luggit.app/en">Website</a> or Mobile App (<a href="https://get.luggit.app/GFKAolAy1X">Android</a>, <a href="https://get.luggit.app/rD8DCKny1X">iOS</a>). After filling in the conditions you want (pick-up and delivery location; date and time for pick-up and delivery; and number and type of bags you have), you will be able to see the price and confirm the request with the payment. After requesting the LUGGit service, you should access our App, where you can follow the full provision of it. A few minutes before your luggage pick-up time, you will have access to all Keeper's information (name, vehicle, contact) and visualize the Keeper’s movement in real-time. In addition to this information being accessible on the App, we will also send you a message via WhatsApp with all the details. The Keeper will call you upon arrival to the pick-up location so that you can find each other. At that moment you will also arrange the meeting for the delivery time. Our Keepers wear an orange vest, for you to identify them easily. In addition, our App has a live chat that is always available during the service to talk to our support team.

Luggage Storage and Security

When the Keeper picks up your luggage, **each of your bags is sealed with a buckle that contains a QR code. ** These buckles uniquely identify your bags and ensure their zips are untampered.

Through this identification, you will always have access to your luggage details and the responsible Keeper’s information (name, vehicle, contact).

Each bag is always insured for up to €500 to cover any unforeseen external event, with our Standard insurance. You can also activate the Premium insurance when requesting the service, ensuring each bag is up to €1200.

Although, it is your responsibility to guarantee that the bags you deliver to the Keeper have all the security conditions and that the goods are correctly packed inside them.

LUGGit does not accept and do not carry dangerous products, as specified in the instructions of International Civil Aviation Organization, International Air Transport Association, Regulation of the European Agreement for the Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road, Internal Maritime Transport Code for Dangerous Goods, or any other instrument, national or international, related to the transport of dangerous goods.

Price and Payment Methods

The value of the service takes into account three factors: the luggage pick-up and delivery locations, the storage time and the type and number of bags.

You can directly see the service price on the App or the Website by filling out the respective request form with all the conditions you want. You will be able to see the value of the service without any payment commitment.

Both in the App and on the website the payment can be made with any debit or credit card, a PayPal account or via GooglePay and ApplePay. You will receive the respective invoice after the completion of the service, via email.

Conditions Alteration Policy

It is possible to make any alterations to the conditions of your request after it is booked and even during the service provision. Any change is subject to a validation, and depending on the condition to be changed, it will lead to a variation in the value of the service.

Note that an alteration fee is charged every time a change is made to the service. Additionally, all changes that impact the original price of the service - location, bags and storage time - will have an extra cost to top the alteration fee. An alteration will only be validated after the duly payment of the respective fee.
