Tracking Luggage
Before the Service
Around 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup or delivery, all of the Keeper’s information (name, vehicle, contact, and meeting point) is shared with the customer via WhatsApp. This information will also be available in the LUGGit App (Android, iOS).
The customer can track the Keeper’s location in the App (Android, iOS), which provides an estimated arrival time and indicates the exact meeting point in areas with restricted access.
At Pickup
The Keeper is easily recognizable by the LUGGit orange vest. Upon arrival, the Keeper will contact the customer via an encrypted, cost-free line to ensure the privacy of personal data.
It is highly recommended to wait outside the specified location; this allows the Keeper to make a brief curbside stop while maintaining constant supervision of the vehicle. At the time of pickup, the Keeper will seal each bag with a unique QR code tag. These numbered tags identify the luggage throughout the service and ensure the zippers remain closed.
During Storage & Delivery
The customer can verify the luggage tag IDs at any time through the App (Android, iOS). When the delivery process begins, the Keeper’s location can once again be tracked in real-time.
The customer should verify the integrity of the bags before the service is officially completed.
