Tracking Luggage

Before the service starts, all of the Keeper's information (name, vehicle, contact) is shared via WhatsApp and is also available in the LUGGit app (Android, iOS).

You can track the Keeper's location in the app (Android, iOS), which shows you their estimated arrival time and the exact meeting point in restricted access areas.

At the time of pickup, the Keeper will seal each bag with a unique QR code buckle. These numbered buckles identify your bags throughout the service and ensure the zippers remain closed.

During the storage period, the buckle IDs for your luggage will be available in the app (Android, iOS).

When your bags are being delivered, you are able to track again the Keeper's real-time location and should verify the integrity of your luggage before the service is completed.

You'll easily recognize the Keeper by their orange LUGGit vest.
