Tracking Luggage
Before the Service
Around 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup or delivery, you will receive all of the Keeper’s information (name, vehicle, contact, and meeting point) via WhatsApp. This information will also be available in the LUGGit App (Android, iOS).
You can track the Keeper's location in the App (Android, iOS), which shows you their estimated arrival time and the exact meeting point in restricted access areas.
At Pickup
You'll easily recognize the Keeper by their orange LUGGit vest and will contact you upon arrival via an encrypted, cost-free line to ensure your privacy.
We recommend waiting outside the specified location so the Keeper can stop briefly on the street while keeping the luggage under supervision.
At the time of pickup, the Keeper will seal each bag with a unique QR code tag. These numbered tags identify your bags throughout the service and ensure the zippers remain closed.
During Storage & Delivery
You can check your luggage tag IDs anytime in the App (Android, iOS). When it’s time for delivery, you’ll be able to track the Keeper’s location again in real-time.
Please verify the integrity of your bags before the service is officially completed.
