LUGGit currently operates in Lisbon, Porto, Madrid, Barcelona, Budapest, Athens and Rhodes. While the company specializes in same-city services, luggage transport between different locations is available under the following conditions:

• Courier: For transport between two cities where LUGGit is present (e.g., Lisbon to Porto), the service is typically facilitated through a courier partner
• Inter-city: This model involves a dedicated vehicle and Keeper and is available for long-distance services within any operational country. To qualify for this service, at least one of the locations (either pickup or delivery) must be an operational city. This model is also used when the quantity of luggage is high enough that it becomes a more suitable and efficient option than courier. The price is primarily based on the distance traveled and the time required for transportation

International shipping between countries is exclusively available within the Iberian Peninsula (between Portugal and Spain). Inter-city shipping is not currently offered for other operational countries (e.g., between Hungary and Greece).

Non-Operational Locations

The service is not provided when both the pickup and delivery locations are outside of LUGGit's operational cities.

How to Request a Quote

This type of service cannot be booked independently through the App or Website. To check availability and receive a quote, the customer must email support@luggit.app with the following details:

• Pick-up location, date and time
• Delivery location, date and time
• Number and size of bags (For more details on sizes and specifications, please refer to the Luggage Classification Article)
• Service plan
• Personal details (Name, email, and phone number)
