Service Explanation

LUGGit provides a service that collects your luggage wherever and whenever you want, stores it for as long as you need, and delivers it back to a location and time of your choice.


The service is carried out by our Keepers (drivers), who will always meet you at the scheduled times and locations.

Details about your Keeper, including their name, vehicle, contact information, and meeting point instructions are shared via the app and WhatsApp before the service begins.


During the service, you can track the progress in real time through the app. There's also a chat available to clear up any doubts with the LUGGit support team.


You can check the service conditions and pricing by filling out the booking form on our website or app (Android, iOS).



Booking Options


You can book the service in advance or request it immediately before your bags need to be picked up.


  1. Schedule in advance

When you book in advance, we guarantee your luggage will be collected and delivered on the date and time you choose. A Keeper will be available at your specified location at the scheduled time.


  1. Request an immediate pickup

For immediate pickups, the average waiting time is around 30 minutes, depending on availability at the time.


For a more convenient experience and greater flexibility, we recommend booking the service in advance, as availability is limited. Please note that immediate (real-time) bookings are only available through the app (Android, iOS).
