Meeting the Keeper
Before the service begins, all of the Keeper's information (name, contact information and vehicle description) is shared with the customer via WhatsApp. This information is also acessible in the LUGGit app (Android, iOS).
The service takes place at the specific location and time selected during the booking process, or at any updated time and location if an alteration was subsequently requested and confirmed. To ensure a smooth service provision, it is highly recommended that the customer waits outside the specified location. This allows the Keeper to make a brief curbside stop while maintaining constant supervision of the vehicle.
The customer can track the Keeper's location in real-time via the mobile app, which provides an estimated arrival time and indicates the exact meeting point, particularly in areas with restricted access. The Keeper is easily identifiable by the LUGGit orange vest. Additionally, phone calls between the customer and the Keeper are conducted through an encrypted, cost-free line to ensure the total privacy of personal data.

In high-traffic areas such as airports and bus or train stations, LUGGit uses designated meeting points to make the handover process as efficient as possible. Specific meeting point details for each city can be found below:
