Alteration Policy
Service conditions can be changed at any time and may include:
- Pickup location
- Pickup location
- Delivery location
- Delivery date and time
- Number and type of bags
All requested changes are subject to validation by the LUGGit support team, depending on current operational availability.
Any change made after the service has been booked will incur a base fee of €5.00. There may be additional costs depending on the specific conditions being changed.
The charges will be automatically applied to the payment method used for the original booking, or you can pay via a payment link sent directly to you, always after the amount is confirmed.
To request a change to your service, please contact the LUGGit support team via WhatsApp or the chat on the Website or App (Android, iOS).
Special Service Conditions
For specific cases such as:
- Storage longer than 6 months: Please consult our Storage Security and Transport Policy section.
- More than 24 volumes of luggage: Please consult our Luggage Classification section.
