# Price and Payment Methods

The **price of the service** is based on **4 factors:** pick-up/delivery location, storage time, number/size of bags and service plan.

**The exact price** can be checked **directly **on our [Website ](https://luggit.app/)or App ([Android](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.luggit.app), [iOS](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/luggit/id1458490447)) by filling out the [booking form](https://luggit.app/book) with the **desired details**:

* Pick-up location, date and time
* Delivery location, date and time
* Number and size of bags
* Service plan

Payment must always be made **digitally** on the platform. Cash payments are not accepted.

On both platforms, the payment can be made using **any debit or credit card and PayPal. Apple Pay or Google Pay** are also available, but only on the app.

The invoice is sent via email after the service is completed.
