# How to Book and Booking Options

# How to Book

The service can be booked through the [Website](https://luggit.app/) or the App ([__Android__](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.luggit.app&pli=1),[ __iOS__](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/luggit/id1458490447)). To place a booking, the customer must fill out the [form](https://luggit.app/book) with the following details:

* **Pickup location, date and time**
* **Delivery location, date and time**
* **Number and size of bags**
* **Service plan**

After entering this information, the price will be displayed. The booking is confirmed once the payment is successfully processed.

### Booking Confirmation

Once the booking is validated, the customer will receive:

1. A **confirmation email**
2. A **WhatsApp message** containing all booking details

# Booking Options

LUGGit offers the flexibility to **book in advance or request an immediate pickup**, depending on the customer's needs and current availability.

* **Book in advance:** When you book in advance, we guarantee your luggage will be collected and delivered on the date and time you choose. **A Keeper will be available at the specified location at the scheduled time.**
* **Request an immediate pickup:** For real-time bookings, the **average waiting time is approximately 30 minutes**, depending on availability. Please note that immediate bookings are only available through the **App** ([__Android__](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.luggit.app&pli=1),[ __iOS__](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/luggit/id1458490447)).

For a more convenient experience and greater flexibility, **it is highly recommended to book the service in advance, as real-time availability is limited.**
